Wednesday, December 5th The National is hosting a Laurent-Perrier Champagne Dinner. Celebrate the crisp weather and magical holiday season with 4 champagne selections and 5 mouthwatering courses. Take a look at the exquisite menu below:

First Course:
-Champagne: Laurent-Perrier Demi-Sec
-Accompanied by foie gras torchon, green tomato jam, preserved kumquat, frisee, and pullman loaf

Second Course:
-Champagne: Laurent-Perrier Brut
-Complimented by dungeness crab “pot au feu”

Third Course:
-Champagne: Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé (Vintage Brut), 2002
-With a featured seared mackerel, gribiche, marinated onion, popcorn

Fourth Course:
-Champagne: Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé
-Paired with crispy duck confit, whipped parsnips, blood orange vinaigrette, salsify chips and chervil

Fifth Course:
-Finish the meal with cruze buttermilk panna cotta, marcona almonds, and tropical fruit
