Nothing screams summer like gathering outside with friends, especially when those gatherings take place at restaurants like The Pine. Nestled in Five Points, The Pine has quickly blossomed into one of Athens’ most-beloved places to dine.
Tonight we’re not focusing on The Pine’s delicious eats, but instead their new Summer drink menu. I visited Scott Parrish, owner of The Pine and The Root, on Tuesday to meet his new lineup. As each cocktail arrived, my mouth salivated. These drinks definitely know how to make an entrance! Unfortunately, technology hasn’t advanced enough to allow you to taste from your computer. Therefore, we encourage you to visit The Pine this weekend and try for yourself.

1.5 oz St. George Botanivore Gin, 1 oz passion fruit juice, 1 oz Mint & Honey Syrup
1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Lillet Blanc, 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, top with Kenwood Sparkling Wine
