Maepole was born from Chef Peter Dale’s dream of serving real, seasonal, healthy food at a fair price. Build a plate from a selection of veggies, grains and proteins, or choose a Chef Selection designed by Peter himself. Wash it all down with an ice cold, house-made Hibiscus Limeade. Maepole is vegan friendly, and makes it easy for anyone with allergies, on a special diet, or gluten- free. At Maepole, good food is for everyone. Maepole has two locations in the Athens-area, the original on Chase Street and on Epps Bridge Parkway near Trader Joe’s.
