Independent Baking Co. is a simple bread and breakfast pastry bakery, offering hearth-baked rolls, loaves, and buttery viennoiserie, all made from scratch on the premises and baked fresh daily.Their building is small and only offers counter service, but provides an outdoor patio to sit and watch Five Points’ life go by.
